These Terms of Use govern your use of pulze.co.nz (the “Site”), operated by FocusAI Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

01About the Site

Pulze is a forthcoming product of FocusAI Limited. The current Site is a pre-launch information page where you can learn about Pulze and sign up to be notified when we launch. The product itself is not yet available.

The Site is provided “as is” — it is informational only. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice.

02Your signup

When you sign up to the Pulze launch list, you confirm that:

• The email address you provided is yours, or you have permission to use it
• You consent to receive a one-time launch announcement from us
• If you also ticked the opt-in box, you consent to receive occasional building-in-public updates while we develop Pulze

You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing early@pulze.co.nz or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send. We will remove your information promptly. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

03Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Submit fake or misleading information, including fake email addresses
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect content from the Site without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks it runs on

04Intellectual property

The Site content — including text, graphics, design, logos, the Pulze name and visual identity, and any software used to operate it — is owned by or licensed to FocusAI Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing in a standard browser.

Pulze synthesises data from New Zealand government open data sources. Where that data is reproduced or summarised on the Site, it remains the property of its respective source and is used under the applicable open licence terms.

05No warranties

The information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is provided in good faith. We make no warranties, express or implied, about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content
• The availability or performance of the Site
• The features, pricing, or specifications of the future Pulze product, which may change before launch

06Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, FocusAI Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other non-excludable consumer protections under New Zealand law.

07Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in that policy.

08Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any change. Continued use of the Site after we publish updated Terms means you accept those updates. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify subscribers.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
